The Partnership​

By partnering with you on construction projects, we’re able to reduce our markup and pass those savings onto you, or partner. This approach keeps our project “pipeline” full which keeps our staff engaged and motivated.

The Process

​

Pre-bid Meeting:

We use this time to learn about the project, your goals and each other’s teams.

 

Bidding:

We bid out your project and submit it back to you for review.

 

Award:

Upon award of the contract we provide an initial accounting of the project sharing the subcontractor and

material supplier bids that were used to develop your projects bid.

 

Construction: 

As the project progresses, we provide online access so you can view copies of all subcontractor,                                                material supplier invoices and superintendent time sheets/paystubs. We also provide project photos for                                 your records.

Project Close:

Once the project is completed, we provide a final accounting, lien releases from all subcontractors and suppliers. We also solicit your feedback and provide feedback on ideas for partnership improvement.

Fees: 

​Our fee for service varies depending on the complexity and volume of projects that we partner together to complete. The more projects we partner together on, the more we can reduce our fee.​​
